Our team entails hair care specialists with over two decades of experience and counting. Samyve Hair Braiding was founded by an Immigrant descendant of Sierra Leone in West Africa (Yvette), who migrated to the U.S.A. in June 2005 with initial experience from 'The Motherland '. Since childhood, her passion has always been in the beauty & hair business; that's when she started braiding her friends & siblings' hair @ the tender age of 10; since then, she has never put the comb down. As an immigrant to the States, she earned a natural hair care specialist and consultant /hair braider license, allowing her to practice and showcase her talent nationwide. As a teenager, she worked in braiding shops across the country, mainly in the states of Ohio, Maryland, and North Carolina. Yvette is a magazine hairstylist. She traveled to different states from 2011 to 2013 to do model hairstyles for different magazines sold worldwide for the Noble Supreme company located in N.C. U.S.A., after which she became the C.E.O. of this noble salon in S.C. (a few minutes from Charlotte, NC)in 2014. The salon is well equipped with modern decor, a clean and comfortable environment, and mainly modern technologies, including free Wi-Fi, credit card processing, unlimited cable, etc. The salon is conveniently located just a few minutes from Charlotte, NC, making it easily accessible to residents of both North Carolina and South Carolina. Samyve Hair Braiding has also been featured in people's magazines in the early beginning of 2018 which was organized by team Samyve with different models showcasing the salons team members talent.Samyve has become one of the most talked about hair salons in the Charlotte-Rock hill and surrounding areas.The salon was nominated for the 'All Works of Life Award '(AWOL) in V.A. in September 2024 which increased our popularity nationwide as clients,family members etc voted for us as one of the most thriving Sierra Leone owned business in the U.S.A.We continue to showcase our talent as we believe the Almighty God to open more doors for us as we strive for clients satisfaction.
